• Our room rate is $174 single/double (plus taxes of 15.65%.)
• The “traditional” room has either two double beds or one king. A rollaway can be put in a king room, but not in a double room due to room size.
• Hotel Reservation Deadline Date is August 22, 2008 to receive this price. Group rates are offered 3 days prior and 3 days after event, based on availability. So come early and stay late to enjoy some of the fabulous optional tours we have planned.
• The Westin is a non-smoking hotel, as is most of the state of California. If you want to smoke, you might ask for a balcony or patio room, which costs a bit more.
• Please let the hotel know if handicapped facilities are needed.
• Free refrigerators are available; make your request when you place your reservations.
• Room amenities include: Oversized desks with ergonomic desk chairs, task lamps with convenience outlets, Westin Heavenly beds and baths, wired and wireless high speed internet access ($11.95 per 24 hours), 27” flat screen televisions, coffee/tea maker with Starbucks coffee, in-room safes, clock radio, hairdryer, iron, newspaper, dual-line speakerphones with standard and cordless handsets.
• Hotel amenities include: 24 hour room service, health club and sauna, steam and outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool, business center with computers for checking email and printing out boarding passes, sundry shop, restaurant & bar, The Living Room, a very nice place to sit and gab (and it is next to bar, so you can sit and gab and have a drink), complimentary shuttle service within a 3 mile radius.
• Early Departure Fee: In the event that a guest checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, an early departure fee equal to one half (1/2) the contracted room rate will be charged to that guest's individual account. To avoid this fee, advise the hotel at or before check-in.

Self park - $7.00, if you are a registered guest with in and out privileges. $12 for Valet with privileges.

Day parking - $11 for self parking, (daily Max), $13 for Valet.

Evening and weekends $4.00 flat rate. No in and outs.
